St Mary's firmly believes that life is better connected. We want to get to know you. Our Small Group Community is our delivery system for individual member care. We encourage our members to stay connected in order to grow in faith and commitment to following Christ's plan for our lives. Group leaders or Hosts are encouraged to practice the principles below during each meeting with members.

- Leading individual and group prayer (verbal/vocal, meditative or contemplative)
- Laughing and Loving one another between weekends by serving
- Learning scripture
- Listening and practicing authentic communication through life's ups and downs
