“A Welcoming Catholic Community promoting our faith, sharing our gifts, and serving all, in the name of Jesus Christ.”

Welcome to Saint Mary Parish! As the pastor, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our parish website. The parish of Saint Mary’s is a vibrant community of faith that seeks to know Jesus by bearing witness to his presence in the world and participating in the Mission to spread the Gospel, the Good News. That is our baptismal call and sharing it should bring us immense hope and joy.

There are many “ministries” and ways that our parishioners can give and receive. It is my sincere hope that as you get to know the community, you will be moved by the Spirit to find a way to “fit in” and make yourself at home. If you are new to Saint Mary’s and would like to register as a new parishioner, please click “registration” to fill out the form or to print a registration form that you can mail in, we will respond in writing. You can also pick up a registration form at the main entrance of the church should you wish to register in that fashion.

If there is any way that I might assist you or if you have any questions or concerns, I would encourage you to seek me out or any member of the parish staff. I am only a phone call or an “email” away and serving the needs of this portion of God’s Vineyard brings me great joy.

We are excited to be hosting this one night only nationwide event here at St. Mary Parish!

Join us at St. Mary Parish, 783 Dartmouth Street, Dartmouth, MA at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 25 for Worship Night in America: An Evening of Unity and Prayer for Our Country, a nationwide one-night event with tens of thousands of other Christians gathered in churches and theaters. Music and remarks by worship leaders Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Tasha Cobbs, Phil Wickham, Kim Walker-Smith, Matt Maher, and remarks by pastors Max Lucado and Louie Giglio.  In this Holy year of Mercy, Pope Francis encourages us to open our hearts to our brothers and sisters who are suffering by answering God’s call to know and serve people in need in loving and compassionate ways.

What a beautiful challenge this is for us all!

For the next several months St. Mary’s Youth Ministry and
the Parish will be dedicating a month to each of the 7
Corporal Works of Mercy.

Wednesday, October 19th
5:30pm – 8:30pm
St. Mary Parish Center

Hidden in Plain Sight is designed to open parental eyes and encourage honest, forthright, candid dialog and discussion between parents and teens.  The goal is to raise awareness and heighten vigilance but perhaps most importantly, take the steps to help parents and teens forge strong,  positive connection with one another. Strong parent-teen relationships and constant, open conversation, are the greatest anti-risk tools available.
